Who, exactly, is this elusive Banrai person? No one knows, for sure.
...I'm just your average cracked-out blue dragon monster with a penchant for tentacles (no not like THAT) and eating things I probably shouldn't even have in my mouth. I'm the most touchy-feely person you'll ever meet, and I'll probably make you uncomfortable.
